Bill to require fast food chains to put nutritional content

Sen.Miriam Defensor-Santiago filed a bill that would require fast food chains,restaurants and other food service establishments to post nutritional content of their menu items in their stores.

In my opinion I agree with this bill because most of the people these days rely on restaurants and fast food chains for their meals and then most of the costumers in the fast food chains are children so it is just right to know the nutritional value found in all of the menu so that parents will know what to order for their children if it's healthy or not. And this would also be good for people who have health problems because they will be aware on what to eat and what they shouldn't eat specially people who are on diet they really need this bill. On the other hand,this bill is a big burden to the fast food chain and restaurants owner because they have to print more flyers and advertisement about it and so there will be a possibility to increase the prices of food they serve.
