I had a relaxing weekend! Last Saturday, I went to Booksale and found out that they were on sale. I was able to buy a book which is a hardbound copy of one of my favorite author which is Nora Robert. I find her books interesting, romantic and there's always a certain twist. I started reading her books way back when I was still in University when a friend let me borrowed one of her books and from then on, she also become one of my favorite author. I wasn't able to finish reading it though because it was really thick but I'm really hoping that I could finish it next week. =) Last Saturday, me and my friends in the boarding house were having this Bible reflection. It's the first time that we've done it and as well as gathered together as a group. It's more on reading a passage from the Bible and sharing experiences, reflecting and of course praying. I liked the experience because it makes me realize that I am not alone and each one of us has it's own difficulties in life. It also makes me realize that God really test our faith. Yesterday, my friends and I went to Robinsons and Gaisano which are the accessible malls in my place and we went out shopping for gifts to bring to our family and friends this Christmas. I'm also a Godmother to my cousins children, so I also need to buy gifts for them. There are really lots things that I want to buy for them but I really need to settle for only one, so it was really a tough decision to make. But I'm really hoping they would like it. After shopping, my friend invited us to go to Church with them, it's an Evangelical Church, they were having an event for Christmas, more on a musical play and it was really lively and fun. And the Pastor's message was each one of us should always remember what Jesus has done for us for He loved us so much and should not only be reminded because it's Christmas but to always remember what He had done for us.
