When I first arrived at CNC I initially felt like an outsider because I wasn’t sharing a room with anyone and therefore it was difficult for me to make new friends.

However, soon I started talking to the other students attending the school and quickly made many new friends from Korea, Taiwan and Japan.

There are many things to do around the school, like going to the pool or relaxing at the many bars located just minutes away from the school. This gives the students a good opportunity to communicate with each other, sometimes even up to 4AM!

After I made new friends, we organized a three day trip together to the Boracay Islands where we got to know each other even better. During our stay we went island hopping, swimming, drinking and eating together.

This trip was a wonderful experience for me as it gave me a sense of freedom and relaxation, taking my mind off my studies.
