OYSTER BAY SEAFOOD RESTAURANT

Over at Bridges Town Square, in Plaridel Street, Mandaue City, Philippines,

is where one can find a distinctive restaurant offering an equally unique dining experience.

Oyster Bay is perfect for function types and

parties because it can accommodate a lot of people and it's quite spacious!

Not to forget that it has great food!☺

Oyster Bay Seafood Restaurant has fresh and live seafood like lapu-lapu,

lobster, prawns, oyster, snappers, white clams, diwal, and crabs.

It prepares its specialty, oysters, in a number of ways: fresh, steamed, and baked.

Aside from these, Oyster Bay offers signature dishes like Oyster Bay Adobo,

Baked Diwal, Shrimp with Duck Egg Gravy, and Spicy Chicken in Coconut Milk.

To complement its seafood offerings, Oyster Bay transforms its space into a beach-in-the-city ambiance

with its al fresco lounge chairs, beach sand-paved dining area, and man-made pond.

It¡¯s the perfect romantic setting for the day of hearts may it be lunch or dinner,

said marketing supervisor Dale Bontilao.

As a treat, the restaurant is offering a free drink for all lady diners.

Scarlet is a flavorful cocktail made from rhum, vodka, and soda.

There will also be sweet music playing on Valentine¡¯s Day presented by a guest acoustic band.

Just look around and take a meal at a comfortable couch and

low table to. The view was of the lagoon they had with fish and sharks!

Have a bowl of fish for you to feed the sharks yourselves! Cool!

FOODS:

SHRIMPS WITH A DUCK EGG GRAVY

The shrimps still had their heads and tails on, but the rest was peeled.

You will love the flavor from the duck egg, but I thought that the sauce was grainy-like.

BAKED SCALLOPS WITH GARLIC AND CHEESE

Whoer discovered that seafood and cheese goes great together is a genius!

These particular scallops were plump and juicy! So so good!

SAANG  (P40/each).

It's nice to know that it is also available here.

The Saangs were boiled perfectly and so delicious with a hint of their spiced vinegar.

The CRISPY LAING is the only vegetable dish of the night and it was good.

This was smooth and topped with Chicharon bits.

STEAMED OYSTERS

HALAAN SOUP/ SOUP WITH CLAMS

Come and experience delightful dining in

OYSTER BAY RESTAURANT!
