Isla Sugbu Seafood City is the seafood outlet of the newly renovated
Cebu Grand Convention Center which offers the widest assortment
of fresh seafood sourced all over the country.

Dishes are priced according to weight plus a cooking fee of P40 per 100 g.

The experience begins with the diner pushing a shopping cart and personally
selecting his choice of prey to be cooked as he prefers - fried, steamed, boiled, grilled, etc.
- with complementing sauces. If one is not well-versed with these processes, you can rest assured
the kitchen staff can take care of them for you. Point is, you can have everything cooked your way!
