INABRAW

A typical recipe of the Ilocos region consisting of broiled pork boiled in rice washing. It is seasoned with bagoong. Patani and string beans are also added and are cooked until done

Saute garlic, onion, and tomatoes. When tender, add water and bring to a boil. Add bagoong to taste and eggplant. When slightly tender, add the saluyot. Adjust seasoning according to taste.

Cooking Tip:

If you want to add meat on it, then simply saute garlic, onion, and tomatoes. Add and brown meat and spice with salt. Add water and ....

You can also add leftover fried or grilled fish on it.
