This is a delicious, but utterly simple snack to make. While at the beach over

           the weekend, Art decided to whip up this treat that he says is common back in their

           hometown in Cebu. It’s called “Pinisi” derived from “pisi”, or rope. Very similar to a

           donut, this has a crisp exterior, chewy interior and it’s sweet and light at the same

           time. I couldn’t believe that we haven’t had this before! When I asked for the recipe,

           I was stunned by its simplicity…
