Today, I had a Toeic exam.

In Phil-ace, we can have a chance to take a free toeic exam once in a month.

Of course, the exam is the copy of books, however, I think it is a good opportunity for students to expect their Toeic score.

In addition, you can get a green card that worth 100 peso if you have best score among the students in that test.

In this time, the best score was about 870~880.

This academy has the rule of green and red card.

When you get a Green card, it worths 100 peso and you can use that card at the store in Phil-ace.

And when you get a red card, it also worths 100 peso, however you have to pay that amount of money to the office.

The money you paid is used in barbecue party at the end of the month.

At every end of the month, there is also level test.

Level test consists of reading, listening and speaking tests.

The type of listening and reading test is same with that of test that people took when they came here first. (see my 3th diary)

However, the speaking test is different.

There are two types of speaking test.

The first speaking test is similar to Toefl speaking test.

Among a lot of topics, you can choose one topic by luck, and you have to speak about that topic and teacher eval!uate your speaking ability by that.

The other speaking test is debate. Before level test, the topic for debate is noticed on the bulletin board.

Students have to arrange some information for the debate, and 5~6 students who is divided by their level argue about that topic.

And after level test, we can enjoy barbecue party.

It can be a good opportunity to be close with others and try some delicious food for free.
